San Francisco Vintners Market

The popular SF Vintners Market comes back to Fort Mason this weekend, bringing with it: a selection from over 200 wineries, local and imported wines, bargains and splurges, drinks to try and buy — wine lovers rejoice!

The gathering spans two days, which makes sense as it is the only wine tasting and buying event in the Bay Area, and there will be plenty to explore. The brainchild of Wine 2.0 founders Cornelius Geary and Jeffrey Playter, the Market started when the men realized there weren’t many ways for smaller wineries to get to know their customers and offer their product to a larger audience. Features include new releases, special collections and hard to find vintages, so whether you’re a sommelier or just looking for different table wine, you’re going to need some time to peruse all offerings. Cheers!
