Bring the whole gang and enjoy some quality time together learning and having fun! The people over at Slide Ranch have made it their mission to get kids connected to nature so they can grow up to be engaged, environmental stewards.
This particular outing is part of the Spring Family Farm Days schedule and it promises ocean-themed activities and a hike to the tide pools. What kind of underwater mysteries will the receding tide reveal? Sea stars? Anemones? To help you identify your discoveries, Slide Ranch will provide each family with a free copy of the book Exploring Low Tide in Northern California.
