Folkish Festival at Marin Country Mart

I am constantly trying to find new and exciting things to do on the weekends. It's easy to get into a routine, but I find the most memorable occasions are the ones that we do not participate in very often. Music is a great backdrop for conversation and fun. There is nothing like live music. It offers a bustling atmosphere that immediately feels more dramatic. However, a lot of music events can break the bank and finding one within reason is tricky.

Marin music lovers -- fear not! Marin Country Mart is putting on a folkish festival every Sunday, and this week Mike Z & The Benders are performing. They’re style is an eclectic mix of jazz, funk, R&B with a blues undertone. They’re repertoire will include both original songs and covers. The catchy tune is a perfect for a relaxing Sunday afternoon with lunch and a beverage.
