Mindfulness Based Eating Programs
Do you have a tendency to eat when you are stressed or emotional? Would you like to be able to tap into your: Hunger, Fullness, Taste & Body Satiety signals?
Whether you would like to lose weight or heal your relationship with food, this program will provide you with a variety of tools and strategies to understand and start to change your behavior.
Through self inquiry, discussion, exercises and specific guided meditations, we will bring you closer to understanding your internal body wisdom and begin to match it with your knowledge of food and nutrition.
Programs are offered as:
- 1-on-1 private sessions
- 12-week therapeutic program, commencing January 22, 2018 (only 10 places available)
