Bay Area Pet Fair

Come find the perfect pet to adopt.



Stop scrolling endlessly through Bernese Mountain dog puppies on Instagram and experience them and plenty of other cuddly canines and cats, in fresh and fur, IRL (!) this weekend at the Bay Area Pet Fair in San Rafael. More than 70 local rescue groups participate and an estimated 1,000 animals will be available for adoption, making this the biggest pet adoption fair in California. Watch stunt dogs do what they do best and check out Bay Area K-9s demonstrating crime-busting skills, admission and parking is free, and there will be free live shows, free activities for kids and dogs, food trucks, lots of giveaways and loads of vendors.

The five years of the Pet Food Express Bay Area Pet Fair resulted in:
3,722 homeless pets adopted, including 1,158 in 2015!
More than $180,000 donated back to local rescues and shelters
75,000+ animal lovers in attendance
