Monterey’s home of the iconic Pop Festival will host the First City Festival this weekend. Experience music from 30+ bands, food and drinks along with a full carnival in a beautiful coastal setting. Musical lineup includes Beck, The National, Phantogram, The Naked and Famous, Dawes, Best Coast and many others.

There are three live music performance stages plus a Vaudeville variety stage. A full carnival, complete with unlimited rides (included in price of ticket) and games, will be available to guests. Dining and drinking options include local craft beers and wine and food vendors. The festival will host a unique U.S.A. Marketplace where designers of furniture, art and fashion are selling their goods, all made in America. This year the festival will also feature Beat Swap Meet where attendees can buy vinyl records from collectors and dealers.

First City Festival will be working with The Offset Project to develop a zero waste initiative and reduce the festival’s carbon footprint. Get more information at theoffsetproject.org.
