For Women Wanting to Know More About Successfully Funding Retirement

6-7 p.m. Panel discussion with guests realtor Roberta Di Prete, principal at The Atherton Brokerage, Social Security attorney Georgeana Roussos; reverse mortgage banker Homa Rassouli, RFS Lends; and Kathleen Nemetz, Certified Financial Planner, moderator. We will address how to fund retirement using income sources form investments, reverse mortgages, rentals, and Social Security. Opportunities and pitfalls of each will be discussed. Tax treatment will be reviewed of retirement vs. trust accounts, passive income, and loan income.

The event is co-sponsored with the Women’s Collective of Marin, sponsoring educational talks for women, by women, on topics women care about. Kathleen is also producer of a TV talk show on local Comcast station 26, “Women On Money ™.”

Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served.

Donations suggested at $10 to benefit the victims of the Camp Fire, through the North Valley Community Foundation, a 501-3(c) nonprofit.
