A TEDxSalon goes deep into one specific topic, with insights from leaders in their field. These Salons will promote thoughtful inquiry, broadened points of view, and include time for a moderated Question and Answer segment between our featured speakers and audience questions.

What new insights do leaders in the food movement envision for the issues we face.

On Thursday, November 8, this TEDxMarin Salon will explore the future of food; How will the environment force change on future diets? How will new farming and synthetic technologies impact food innovations and options for an exploding urban population? What roles will food and big data play in our health and our understanding of Food as Medicine?  How can we make certain our food is safe?
