2G Japanese Brasserie is a modern izakaya, built upon the values of the traditional izakaya born in Japan. Its primary focus is on the quality of the ingredients, carefully handpicking each vendor, while supporting local growers and businesses. Japanese influenced breakfasts, traditional Japanese lunches, and French inspired Japanese dinners, along with a full sushi bar, 2G Japanese Brasserie is piloted by two veterans of the Japanese culinary industry. Sasaki Masaki will be the sushi executive chef and Hidetoshi Nambu will be the executive chef in the kitchen. Both have been formerly trained in their home country of Japan, and they have worked together to produce the best in their respective areas.
