The menu is influenced by Aom Phanthong's (owner and executive chef of Koh Samui and the Monkey restaurants) extensive travels around the world and around her native country of Thailand. We serve classic Thai cuisine and modern takes on classic Thai cuisine. Our wine list is made from classic well-loved grapes to rare and new grapes and is complemented by our extensive cocktail and sake list.
