Loretta Keller and Charles Phan are pleased to introduce their joint venture, the unique and innovative Moss Room, at The Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park. The Modern California menu, crafted by Chef Michael Morrison, features organic, seasonal and local ingredients. The dining room, designed by Lundberg Design, captures elements of the natural world. An expansive living wall meets stone and water, where the water contains a collection of the Academy's animated Asian river fish. The beverage program, headed up by Clay Reynolds, celebrates and honors artisan producers from near and afar.
