Our seafood is always sustainable and poultry 100percent organic. We follow a farm-to-table philosophy relying on quality local produce. In many cases, food has been grown only a day or two before it is served to our guests. If it is not available locally, we search the globe in our quest for the best organic, natural or artisan quality ingredients as reflected in our coffees, teas, and spirits. We host a full bar with organic cocktails and local, sustainable wines.
