We are a husband and wife chef team so we have 2 kinds of food: rustic Northern Italian (meaning we make all our own salami, pasta, gelato) and playful Americana (meaning we take American classics and update them with a twist). we grow up to 30 percent of our own produce and have our own chickens for the eggs for our pasta. otherwise, we support local, sustainable and diverse agriculture and economy in our purchasing choices.
