On Sunday, June 2, 2019, one of Mill Valley’s iconic events, the 38th Annual Mill Valley Wine, Beer and Gourmet Food Tasting returns to the Downtown Plaza, with proceeds going to Kiddo!, the Mill Valley Schools Community Foundation and the Mill Valley Chamber. Sponsored by Mill Valley Market since 1981, this special North Bay event brings together all the best aspects of California living into one exciting afternoon set against the backdrop of beautiful Mill Valley. The Mill Valley Wine & Gourmet Food Tasting features wine from more than 65 premium wineries, fine craft beers from over 15 breweries and food from nearly 30 food purveyors and 10 local restaurants and chefs.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be in a band with your mother? Suzzy Roche and Lucy Wainwright, a mother/daughter duo, have just released their first collaboration Fairytale and Myth. Suzzy Roche is a founding member of The Roches and Lucy (daughter of Loudon Wainwright, brother of Rufus and Martha) is known for her crystal clear voice, humorous stage presence and insightful, melodic songwriting. Their show is a fun filled evening of smart, thoughtful, songs with plenty of familial harmonies.

The Healdsburg Jazz Festival is a celebration of the indigenous American art form known as jazz. Over the past decade-plus, the Healdsburg Jazz Festival has become a favorite local tradition with a growing national reputation. This 10-day festival of public performances by world-renowned musicians in diverse settings, including the historic Raven Theater, the famed Hotel Healdsburg, and several boutique restaurants and wineries, has grown into one of the North Bay’s most celebrated annual musical events.
The inaugural Sonoma Speed Festival combines an extraordinary group of historic vintage racing cars, for a celebration of flat-out wheel-to-wheel racing, May 31 through June 2. Illustrious Sonoma Raceway, in the heart of California’s Wine Country, is one of the worlds most well known and challenging race tracks. Participants will have the experience of a lifetime, swept back in time to relive the golden days of racing, when courageous drivers piloted lethal automobiles. Racing cars from the Brass Era through current day machines, vintage dragsters, concepts, prototypes, and other special displays will be available all weekend long. A slew of spectacular local restaurants, wine, beer, and coffee options will be available in our food park as well. Already accepted entrants include several Ferrari 250 GTO and Ferrari 250 Testarossas, ‘57 Maserati 300S, and multiple Maserati ‘Birdcage’.
