Every Wednesday night, just show up! Bring your mat if you have one, if not we have some available.
Our yoga class is a sequence of flowing postures, coordinating breath and movement and developing core strength, stamina and flexibility. This is a mixed-level class, with modifications suggested for every level of practitioner. Beginners are always welcome! Please bring your own mat. If you need to purchase a mat, Sports Basement has a wide assortment to choose from.
