Starting this month – through March – Hotel Healdsburg is offering Explorations in Sonoma Wine, this newly-launched package includes a tasting, dinner and customized wine education from Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen’s newly appointed wine director, Rolando Maldonado. With more than 600 wines offered on the Dry Creek Kitchen wine list, the exploration is endless.
